feeling hopeful

okay, back to update. a really short one i guess :-)

School just started after like a two week holiday(we had extra lessons for the first two weeks of holidays, which kills the purpose of a 'holiday' isn't it) and I've already fallen sick. Can someone tell me what is this ))))): I'm gonna be abit ironic right now. Did some productive stuff but thinking back, i think i wasted like 70% of the two weeks break. sad 3.142 . The thing I'm happy about, I started gymming ! hehe sounds kinda surprising given my looks and size i guess. i don't look like someone that will go gym right hahahaha . sighh but yes yes. next target set . #loseweight HAHAHA im gonna be quite open in this blog already, since it's mine and unlike twitter, i don't think much people will judge(but if the shoe fits and you are the one judging right now, go ahead and wear this pretty little shoe.) haha jokes aside. Felt kinda motivated after the daily food logging, i guess that helped quite much. I hope the results will show, yes i can do it.

Tip #1: drink lotssssssss of water. yes, more than 8 cups.


Some of my friends say I've gone crazy, counting calories every single day and rejecting junk food(ok fine i still have them but not as often). It felt great and yes i feel alot healthier ! Temptations will always be around, and if you are someone that always mug at some fast food restaurant(Like me), it's pretty normal to get a cup of hot chocolate or two, but always ask for low-fat milk. okay i should seriously stop with this. And yes so far I've been losing weight. No difference appearance wise i guess sadly. pfffft

Tip #2: Drink tea. it helps alot. (i don't mean those pokka bottled teas.... LOL)

If you guys were wondering if i will spill out my weight in this blog then hahahahahahahhahahahaha no.

this post's gonna be kinda boring since I've been studying and obviously i won't take pictures because it'll be about the same thing over and over again. so, i really hope this study x diet plan will work for me and hopefully it turns out the way i want it to be !! stay hopeful (:


I'm really not a stay-butt-on-chair-and-mug person, so it has been a really tough time for me, so i used some days to go out and watch a movie, walk around and shop with my friends ! but please, don't get too distracted and go out everyday to 'distress'. Don't find excuses for yourself !



Gonna update really soon, i know ive been saying this for the previous posts but yesssss i will update really soon like next week hehe. love you guys .
